I was looking to have central heating installed in my house that didn’t have provision in place. It was so important to me to have a tidy installation inside, and especially outside. I found the Cyprus Homecare website was exactly what I was looking for: succinct with no jargon and not over technical. And a range of photos of previous projects were useful too. However, I was still nervous about cold-calling a company as I’d had no personal recommendations. Steve came over and we discussed exactly where the pipes/trunking, cylinder and boiler would be fitted. He was friendly and reassuring and understood precisely my necessity for a neat and tidy job. His communication was excellent as he always responded to phone calls and emails. At this time I spoke to other heating companies to get a comparison but, although slightly more expensive, my instinct was to use Steve and his team.
A schedule was drawn up and I knew in advance how many people would be here and how long the work would take. At the end of each day Steve let me know of the works for the following day so I could plan accordingly.
The team were tidy, courteous and the work was completed on time. No corners were cut and nothing was too much trouble to get exactly what I wanted. Everything ran like clockwork and when the installation was finished, the system was flushed and was checked to ensure all was working as it should be.
The heating has been decommissioned for the summer and they will be back to run checks and recommission in the autumn.
I am thrilled at the outcome, how the project was managed and implemented from start to finish. I have no reservations about recommending Cyprus Homecare for central heating installation.
